You can customize the reports with your branding; they are available on PRESENT now. (Instructions on How2 send below) E-cards or posts on social media are also available now, you can find them in the Social Media Resource Library. There you will find all 12 county cards.

The QMR Trifold Postcard on Xpress Docs will be ready this week. We will send out a follow-up email with instructions on where they can be found in XPress Docs and how to order them once posted.

Here’s how to create it:

• Click on “Present”
• Click “Create New”
• Click “Non-Listing” and hit “Continue"
• Scroll down until you see the "Current NY QMR" or "Current NJ QMR", select it and click “Continue"
• Enter Your Presentation Name, we recommend "Rand Realty's Quarterly Market Report for NY” or “Rand Realty's Quarterly Market Report for New Jersey.” Note that you have only about that much space to fit it on the cover.
• Click “Create”.
• At the top of the page, click on the "Pages 23" link to view the pages. If you would like to remove one or more county pages, select the page to the left, click the 3 dots on the right and click “remove"
• Click the "view" link on the top right and then click “Web” to see a preview.
• Close the preview window
